Our Company welcomes you to our online store, through which you can be informed about our products and place your online order remotely.
The present terms of operation and use of the website are fully compatible with the current European and Greek law, while the User who visits the website acknowledges that he has received full knowledge of them, accepts them expressly and unconditionally and undertakes the obligation to comply with them.
Shopping through the E-SHOP
The Users can navigate freely on the Website, however, the ability to place an order and purchase products is exclusively available to legally qualified Users, according to Greek Law. In case of an order by a legally incompetent person, the Company reserves the right to have it executed by the person exercising guardianship or supervision.
Products sold through the website are intended exclusively for purchase by Users and not for resale. In case of violation of the above condition, the User is obliged to compensate the Company for any damage he may suffer as a result of his non-contractual behavior.

Our Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, which will be announced on the website within a reasonable period of time. In any case, the conditions posted on the date of the order will apply to the User.
The Company also reserves the right to discontinue at any time and without notice part or all of the services provided on the website.
The non-exercise of any of the Company's rights deriving from these conditions does not in any case imply a waiver of them.
Jurisdiction
Greek law applies to this contract, while the Katerini Courts are responsible for any dispute that may arise. Alternatively, the solution of out-of-court settlement through the European Alternative Dispute Resolution Body is suggested by clicking here.
Exchange and Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return part or all of the products you have purchased and request that they be replaced with other products.
Order cancellation
You can cancel your order free of charge until the moment the products have been shipped, either by phone at 2351037085 or by e-mail at info@thinkgold.gr
If the order has been shipped, the shipping costs of returning the product are not covered by the company and are charged to the customer.
Product returns
You have the right to return the entire order you placed through our online store, or part of it, within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt, based on the receipt, without being obliged to tell us the reason why you want the return of products. In cases of exceeding this time frame, we reserve the right not to accept the replacement.
In this case, the return costs are not covered by the company and are borne by the customer. You can choose the shipping method of the returned product based on what works best for you. Due to our company's lower price invoice charges, you can send the parcels with our company's charge. Your charge amount is 3.50 euros for simple shipping and 3.50 euros extra to send the parcel back to you, as long as you use the company we cooperate with (ACS COURIER). (It does not apply when the return is made for reasons for which our company is responsible).
In case the reason for the return is the store's fault, we undertake to bear the cost of returning the products, as long as you use the company we cooperate with (ACS COURIER). After we receive the products, we will immediately process your request and inform you either by phone or by e-mail, on how to process it.
In the event that replacement is not possible due to unavailability of the requested product, we will contact you to offer you alternatives.
