Exchange and Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return part or all of the products you have purchased and request that they be replaced with other products.

Order cancellation
You can cancel your order free of charge until the moment the products have been shipped, either by phone at 2351037085 or by e-mail at info@thinkgold.gr

If the order has been shipped, the shipping costs of returning the product are not covered by the company and are charged to the customer.

Product returns
You have the right to return the entire order you placed through our online store, or part of it, within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt, based on the receipt, without being obliged to tell us the reason why you want the return of products. In cases of exceeding this time frame, we reserve the right not to accept the replacement.

In this case, the return costs are not covered by the company and are borne by the customer. You can choose the shipping method of the returned product based on what works best for you. Due to our company's lower price invoice charges, you can send the parcels with our company's charge. Your charge amount is 3.50 euros for simple shipping and 3.50 euros extra to send the parcel back to you, as long as you use the company we cooperate with (ACS COURIER). (It does not apply when the return is made for reasons for which our company is responsible).

In the event that replacement is not possible due to unavailability of the requested product, we will contact you to offer you alternatives.

Return guide
A necessary condition for the return to be accepted is that you send the product in its original packaging, in the same perfect condition in which you received it, i.e. without being damaged and confirming that the product's special markings (tags) have not been removed, and in each case should not have been used.

Products must be accompanied by the relevant purchase documents (retail receipt or invoice).

If it is determined that the above conditions for returning the product are not met, then the return costs will be borne by the customer.

As long as the product and the return process meet all the above criteria, you can send the products back to the company free of charge and exchange them for others of equal or greater value to the price you have already paid.

Returned items are only replaced with items from the same collection.

Exchanges of promotional products are only made with corresponding promotional products of equal or greater value. Changes to products that are sold in an offer package with a special price refer to a change of the entire package and only with an offer package of equal or greater value.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following cases:

Products that are not suitable for return, for health protection or hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery, such as footwear (paints, sprays, mats, etc.), socks, etc. .

Return of defective products
In the event that the products you received are defective, with poor packaging, or we are responsible for an error in your order (error in receiving the order, invoicing, shipping, etc.) you can request their replacement.

Upon agreement and acceptance of the error or defect, we fully assume the responsibility of replacing the product and the cost of sending a new product on the next working day from the day of receipt to the company of the defective, if of course there is availability.

Shipping costs of the new product are borne exclusively by our company. The return of the product should be made with the courier service (ACS COURIER) that we cooperate with and you should inform us within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt.

Money return
The company is not obliged to refund money in case of withdrawal except in cases where the following apply cumulatively: 1) the defect is extremely essential and is due to fraud or gross negligence and 2) all other possibilities provided have been exhausted (e.g. replacement).
