Shipping methods
You can receive your order in the following ways:
By courier service
Small and medium parcels are shipped with the ACS COURIER courier service. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) to the recipient address you will specify in your order. Shipping costs, if any, are calculated when the item is added to the shopping cart.
You can follow the progress of your order through the official Courier website by entering the tracking number, which is sent to you as soon as it is available.
If the order arrives at the address you specified and there is no recipient, the courier company will leave a notice for you to contact the relevant representative.
Your order will remain with the courier company for 10 working days and within this time you can set a new appointment, at a day and time that is convenient for you. If you do not contact us within 10 days, the product is automatically returned to our company.
For shipments to remote or hard-to-reach areas, you incur additional shipping costs for deliveries to your location. Alternatively, you can choose to collect your package from the store that represents your area in the nearest city or town and get rid of the additional costs.
If you want the product to be sent to a different address than the one you entered in your personal information, you have the option of declaring a different recipient address in the order registration system.
The products are delivered in 2-3 working days in mainland Greece, in 2-4 working days in insular Greece and in 3-5 working days in hard-to-reach areas from the day the order is sent.

Shipping time
The shipment of the products of each order - within Greece - takes place within the next working day, unless something different is explicitly stated.
In case of payment by deposit to a bank account, the shipping time is calculated from the notification of the deposit to the bank account of the company. The bank deposit must be completed within 3 days of ordering the product.
Shipping times may vary due to unpredictable factors such as: special processing, strikes, carrier delays, bad weather, holidays, public holidays, etc.
If the shipment is delayed for any reason, we will contact you within a reasonable time by e-mail or phone to inform you of the reasons for the delay as well as the expected shipping time.
Shipping costs for Greece
Free shipping for purchases over 50.00 euros within Greece.
Shipping costs are as follows:
For shipments of orders to any part of Greece:
1) for orders over €50.00, shipping is FREE regardless of product weight or volume.
2) for orders below €50.00, the shipping cost is €3.00.
Cash on delivery orders have an additional charge of 3.00 euros, up to the order amount of 49.00 euros.
For each additional product you are charged €1.00 up to €49.00
